What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
Internet meeting rooms make it possible for you to have the same link for the totality of the meetings that are repeated. This supports individuals who use different calendar systems, as they can make the link and the information will be correct. Use the chat to make large video calls, so that the presenter can continue on his topic and others can interact to clarify any questions pertaining to the chat, so as not to stop the flow of the call.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Individual meeting rooms offer a neater impression for meeting attendees. Your picture, description and other business particulars are present and they are also a waiting area for attendees, which has a more professional atmosphere. The condition of your link is helpful for us to know at what point you do not have a good connection and need to change location or Wi-Fi network prior to initiating a contact. Finding this above means that you are not inside a call and become aware that you are breaking it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to be able to more properly target my personal meeting space. If there was a space for the symbol and company data, I think this sets us apart. When I mute a regular as a host, I equally need to do the same if I wanted to emit some noise. Recurrently, it is necessary to mute a person when a call is made with more than 10 people, but this person cannot participate in the conversation without the convenor removing the noise. I would like to be able to escape from a grouping without changing the director function or retracting everyone.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I used GoToMeeting for customer video calls and internalization video calls. We employed features such as screen sharing and chatting during phone calls to keep everyone on board. The community screen is helpful for customers to watch us through the stories, as well as bringing their workers into the conversation.

The meetings are easy to manage with GoTo Meeting and screen sharing especially is very good.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Versatility and the ability to use multiple functions at the same time. Mobile access also enhances the remote work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The number of participants should be increased for the plan to accommodate larger conferences.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The online meetings can be conducted without any much hassles and works without much issue.
