What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?

GoToMeeting worked fine while we used it. We never had any outages with GoToMeeting, and outside participants were able to join and participate in meetings as needed. However, there really wasn't anything that set it apart from other competitors, other than the price point.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I loved that my conference bridge number never changed. I had it memorized and could quickly dial into my meetings from any conference room in the company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I hated that it didn't integrate with Outlook. I also hated inviting other third-party, outside users to a GoToMeeting. There was always a learning curve with new users, even though all conferencing platforms are about the same. Once a user got comfortable with it, everything was easy. But there was a learning curve.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Evaluate all of your options. With the pandemic and everyone working from home, there are so many options available. Review a number of these platforms, starting with Webex, Teams, Zoom, and Google to see what works best for you. Sometimes familiarity with a platform is better than a nice price point. However, we're all smart and can figure out new technology.

GoToMeeting differs from other products for its simplicity and quality of service, automated audio communication, communication from anywhere and from any device, allows me a better collaborative work experience, this software provides me with great benefits supports conferences of up to 15 people that can be easily connected from the internet or by phone, adapting to what is really needed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of GoToMeetng is that it helps me increase employee productivity, it also increases a lot since in virtual meetings ideas are communicated many times more clearly, it helps me achieve goals, reduce travel expenses and save my time, I have had a wonderful experience with this software and I have obtained fabulous results, it is my number one choice to develop my meetings, it is without a doubt the best I have used so far.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like GotoMeeting because the interface is visually pleasant and very easy to use without overloads, I really like the possibility of choosing that the meeting guests can connect through the speakers and the microphone of their computer, I really like this wonderful software because it makes everything I need possible through a screen with HD video and audio quality, I have not had any problems, it always goes in the right direction.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend GoToMeeting because it is charming and I have had a pleasant experience and this tool has been very useful for me, offering me great results, adapting to my needs and most importantly, I use it on any device, this program is the one indicated.

This software provides many functionalities so that you can introduce yourself easily, it allows me to get involved in meetings with my work group to address topics such as preparation, we also use it to record the conferences that we will refer to later, the connection is The offers for video conferences they are really stable, as well as high quality video and audio, it is a very secure system to reveal private information, it also has a modern look and seems to be used by quite a few people, it is a wonderful platform for online video conferencing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is the best tool to talk to people in extremely remote locations through video calls, I love this platform because it is so easy to create powerful communication processes, the reliability and quality of audio and video calls impressed us, it is one of the best tools for video conferencing and file sharing, the software has a general user interface platform that allows for custom meeting URLs, I also like the ability to send messages, share files and schedule meetings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have nothing negative to say about this tool, it has given me an excellent service from the first moment until now, it has not presented me with errors in connectivity, or in quality in terms of video and audio, I have no complaints.
