GoToMeeting makes it easy to hold and attend meetings online It's also very helpful to have a mobile app in GoToMeeting and GoToMeeting with the ability to provide solutions to meeting room needs. With GoToMeeting you can do more and have screen sharing / drawing meetings together. The tools we often use are for one person to present their screen and another to control the screen. Meeting features include pre-scheduling meetings and having meetings right away document sharing is another great feature of GoToMeeting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is intended for professional usage and it is simple to use and intuitive, It has several capabilities that aid collaborative work activities, such as taking control of another person's shared screen. Meetings may be simply scheduled or held in real time. It is particularly advantageous that we may record sessions, as one of the primary roles of the staff is user training, the ability to record trainings and distribute them afterwards is quite useful for extending the life of GoToMeeting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a delay in screen sharing if your Internet connection is not at full capacity, especially when the camera is turned on. The number of people that can attend is limited. It's a pity when I get agitated trying to use some of the features only to realize they're not part of my plan. Chat functionality might be enhanced. I'd also add that the sign in/out option can be aggravating, particularly if you use the desktop app and your employer employs shared accounts. You will remain signed in to your account unless you actively sign out.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend installing the app since it allows me to view what's going on on a shared screen even when I can't be in front of a computer. The sound quality over the phone and videoconferencing is generally decent, also customers who don't have the software have told me that they prefer the fact that they don't have to download anything to attend, they may just click a link and get accepted to the webinar right away.

It's possible to host online meetings for free with GoToMeeting. It's possible to make crystal clear voice phone calls with this tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's simple to chat with my teams by sending instant messages. Enables ease to make video calls. GoToMeeting enahnce desktop screen sharing. It's simple to schedule and conduct secure online meeting with GoToMeeting. I can easily share files with others.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unwanted calls disconnection and poor online meetings quality are some of the dislikes that I experience with GoToMeeting when having unstable internet connectivity.

GoToMeeting makes video conferencing and online meetings simple and effective hence nothing to complain.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not had any problems, the times it has failed have been due to a mishap with my Internet connection, as its performance is anchored with bandwidth stability.

GoTo Meeting will provide you with stable communication with third parties and a variety of usable tools to collaborate remotely and even provide support to clients without them having to mobilize.
