What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?

GoToMeeting enables me to communicate with others via the Internet. This is especially useful during a global pandemic, when people prefer to work remotely. The majority of my business meetings and conferences are now held online rather than in person. This program is very simple to use, whether it's a meeting that requires interaction or a webinar that I mostly listen to. It has an excellent "question feature," which allows you to easily ask the speaker questions and retrieve the interaction from the presenter or other listeners. Another significant advantage is that we have saved money by reducing business trips.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

GoToMeeting has a plethora of features that help make meetings more productive. To name a few, these features include screen sharing, mobile conferencing, video conferencing, and video recording. There are fewer steps to enter the meeting than with some other meeting software. You're usually in the meeting with just one click (after you've logged in, of course). This is convenient for me because I can easily navigate the screen and tools. I've never had any issues with connectivity or understanding or hearing a presenter.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven't found anything that I dislike about how this program operates. However, GoToMeeting is somewhat pricey in comparison to other video conferencing tools. There are better tools that provide more and are less expensive or even free. If cost isn't an issue, GoToMeeting would be an excellent choice for your conferencing needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend GoToMeeting because it is a more user-friendly product than other software I have used in the past. It's also a very robust and secure platform with a lot of features. I've used the smaller screen size to multitask and do other things. I can also quickly and easily access this program from my calendar or email. I'm having trouble with that thing with my google calendar for some reason in another program, and I have to go into my email and then a series of steps to get to where I need to be.

What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?

GoToMeeting enables employees to receive and make calls easily and seamlessly from any desk or mobile phone in an extremely secure and reliable way. We no longer need separate mobile phone contracts, which save us considerable costs on mobile phone bills in our different locations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I find it easy to host a call or a meeting whenever I need to. We deliver webinars for thousands of people at a time and enjoy the consistency and superior user experience provided by GoToMeeting. Due to its intuitive nature and easy-to-use interface, employees quickly latched on and started using it right away

What do you dislike most about this product?

The system is resource-intensive and sometimes the screen is lagging. It works well on all operating systems and all types of devices but there can be audio delay when the internet speed is low

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

GoToMeeting's ease of use and reliability results in a better user experience. It simplifies the communications infrastructure and reduces on-premises hardware management streamlining operations

One of the most effective and easy-to-use applications i have ever encountered for messaging, screen sharing and online meetings is GoToMeeting. It's a very powerful application that enables you to collaborate with other colleagues regardless of their location. I like how it enables me to send instant messages, share files and schedule meetings online.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

GoToMeeting is the best application i have ever encountered for online meetings. It has a very nice and good video quality which makes it super amazing and powerful application for conferencing. It's very easy and quick to implement and set up. Additionally, GoToMeeting has a very supportive and responsive customer support team. Their services are topnotch.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like everything about GoToMeeting. Currently, i lack nothing in my list to highlight as a challenge about the tool.

GoToMeeting is exceptional, excellent and reliable. I recommend it.
