In our corporation, as a software business, we work with several customers and external stakeholders from many sectors. As a result, GoToMeeting is an excellent choice for us to maintain uninterrupted daily contact. For meetings that used to take place in our online conference room, we now use GoToMeeting. It helped you save money while still providing personal connection and allowing you to meet people from a distance. Since COVID19, GoToMeeting has piqued our attention, as well as that of our clients and partners.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Not only is the call the finest feature of GoToMeeting, but so is the capacity to have a huge number of participants in the same meeting and the option to record and share it with stakeholders. Furthermore, it offers cross-platform compatibility, making it very simple to bring your audience into the show even via the web, without the need for time-consuming setup. Furthermore, the choices it provides, such as file sharing, screen sharing, and others, are quite helpful and vital. The presentation may be done remotely without disrupting the in-person interaction, and travel time can be decreased and used differently.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It occasionally fails to connect with users, throws them out, or has bandwidth issues with connections. In addition, several of our clients experienced difficulty registering. In comparison to its competitors, the user interface is unappealing. Regardless, the overall experience is rather positive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are other additional video conferencing options on the market, including Teams, Google Meet, and others. However, GoToMeeting offers a distinct experience when working with huge groups of people or conducting major conferences.

GoToMeeting is a super incredible application that makes it easy for organizations to have a very effective and smooth communication. I like how it enables us to share screen, share files and schedule meetings online. It has a very nice and high quality video which makes it suitable for conferencing.

I like GoToMeeting because it enables me and my coworkers to interact with each other from anywhere anytime. It is a robust and powerful application that supports amazing features like video and audio calls, screen sharing and file sharing. Implementing GoToMeeting is very easy and fast which saves much time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

GoToMeeting is a super amazing application for conferencing and screen sharing. I have used it for more than 4 years and i like everything about it.

An advanced tool for screen sharing and conferencing. I highly recommend it.

What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?

We've had a smooth connectivity between our email client with GoToMeeting, which has made creating, scheduling, and hosting huge virtual meetings more efficient. Meetings are considerably easier to handle when you don't have to switch between software/apps. Remote desktop access outside of the local business network without the use of a VPN is an extra perk that we appreciate and use frequently. It features an excellent chat/Q&A function that is ideal for webinars.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy how GoToMeeting is such a versatile platform. Users may phone in, share the screen with audio exclusively, have webinars that can be viewed or heard, and so on. I loved how readily the sessions could be recorded and kept so that people who couldn't attend could see the tape later. We began utilizing GTM primarily for screen sharing and remote control. GTM is the greatest in the game when it comes to those two aspects. We've grown to appreciate the simplicity and dependability that come with clean, simple-to-install, and simple-to-use software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

On rare circumstances, the connection with dial-up numbers is poor. It's possible that our local carriers are overwhelmed by traffic, but it's always impacted our calls. There have also been instances in the past when meetings did not begin despite the fact that everyone was there. However, issue has now been addressed and will require a patch if it resurfaces.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a meeting manager for a medium or big business, GTM will fulfill all of your requirements. Due to the initial cost, it may not be suited for a very small firm, but beyond a certain point, the program pays for itself. This was fairly simple for me to use, but some of my elderly coworkers found it more difficult. I would recommend reading some other reviews to see how this program performs for folks who are not tech aware.
