The simplicity with which a meeting may be joined through phone or Internet, as well as the ability to control how the meeting is experienced. Users may use the application to switch their camera on or off, mute audio, ask questions or talk in a sidebar window, and see a presentation. I really enjoy their smart assistant function, which aids in the creation of automatic meeting transcripts. This function enables me to grasp previously incomprehensible complicated language during a contact with a supplier or customer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because it's a distinct function that isn't effectively integrated, I have a hard time blurring away background noise while I'm on the phone from home. The app continues to have intermittent connection troubles. Many times, audio, video, and presentation tools are delayed. It lacks several sophisticated meeting tools, such as Zoom. The interface and overall attractiveness may be improved as well. Some of my coworkers struggled to comprehend how to utilize it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To translate the meeting minutes into languages other than English, I advise using Google Translate. since GoToMeeting does not provide translation of transcripts for languages other than English. So that you can arrange and start meetings using Google Calendar, use the Google Calendar plugin to sync with the GoToMeeting Scheduler.

The product is easy to use and is very secure as the sessions are encrypted. The platform is reliable and stable. Also the support is good. It can be used over mobile as well as on laptops and desktops.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing to dislike as such. However the internet connection should be good inorder to avoid audio and video disruptions during the GoToMeeting session. Also the bandwidth utilization may be more when the number of users are more.

I would surely recommend others to use this product as it has lot of features.
