What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
When compared to similar programs, this one stands out because to its high-quality audio and video, ability to add participants, advance scheduling of the meeting's date and time, and automatic creation of a unique login ID and password.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
GoToMeeting was one of the first video conferencing applications available, and it comes loaded with features like native recording, remote mouse control, and connections with popular productivity suites like Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and more.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In recent years, GoToMeeting's user interface and functionality have fallen behind those of its rivals. It's a massive program that needs a lot of power to run. There are also anomalies in the audio and visual preferences you can choose. Even after the conference ends, it might have an impact on other software. Meeting sign-in is a multi-step process, and it has poor interaction with background filters.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In my opinion, the program's user-friendliness and prompt customer service make it worth recommending.

Great conference call service for businesses

What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
GoToMeeting lets us record the entire duration of our meeting with one click and stores it in the Cloud for later reference Not only that, but GoToMeeting allows me to share the recording with anyone on my team
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows us to screen share and take notes during the meeting for added convenience. We also get the smart assistant tool, which uses machine learning to detect action items and highlights in a meeting
What do you dislike most about this product?
GoToMeeting doesn’t work well in browser windows. . to invite outside participants to a conference call or video meeting, they need to download the GoToMeeting software to join in the first place
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
GoToMeeting is an excellent way to remain productive even when you are on the move, making it easy to stay on top of your day-to-day business tasks.

Simple meeting solution that works every-time

What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
GoToMeeting allows for face-to-face meetings, real-time presentations and collaboration in the cloud. Deployable from the desktop app, mobile app or via a browser, anyone is able to join a meeting without a GoToMeeting account
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Seamless call switching between devices from chat to VoIP to video conferencing, auto-receptionist, and subsequent call forwarding allows us to engage clients better and ensure no customer call is missed
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes when I click the meeting invitation link it goes via browser instead on the desktop installation. For such an issue I can't find a solution on their site and I have to call the support team but the best thing is that they are strong
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
GoToMeeting has many of the features that Companies require to conduct meetings. It is an audio and video conferencing and screen sharing solution for teams as well as with clients and customers and friends
