What differentiates Google Vault from other similar products?

Google vault is a secure platform. The platform is easy to use. Intuitive in terms of storage.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The search feature is effective and detailed and accurate. We are able to search for anything and also get further information for what we are searching for. Alerts when someone else trie to access or accesses the vault. The archiving is done in real time. Search keywords can be customized to make the search more easy and fast. Google vault gives us the ability to set rules for retention to decide how long to retain the data and information. We are able to backup all the data you have form the G-suite.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing we dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google vault is secure and intuitive when it comes to storage, it stores all your data securely and in an organized way and allows you to search the data too and provides results instantly, the retention rules esnsures you dont keep data and information that is no longer relevant. Google vault is the best tool for storage and backup.

From my experience Google Vault has no difficulties.

What differentiates Google Vault from other similar products?

I think what makes Google Vault special is that it integrates easily with other tools such as Google Products thereby improving the user interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Deployment is easy and the tool is very secure The tool keep business files and content safe Retrieval as well as uploading files is easy as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far Google Vault is the best software I have used in its category. It works and I have no complains

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend Google Vault as it is not only secure and resourceful, but it is also easy to implement and affordable.
