It's the default for companies already on the Google Platform and it's easy to toggle between phone and desktop.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use and improved reaction/chat feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Screen annotation is limited / difficult to use. Some of our customers who are used to Windows find it difficult to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Compare it with other vendors but it's ideal for quick setup.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is how effortlessly Google Meet integrates with Google Calendar and other Workspace tools - scheduling and joining meetings is seamless, and collaboration during calls is just a click away. It’s a huge time-saver!

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the lack of advanced features like breakout rooms, built-in collaborative whiteboards, and more dynamic in-meeting controls. These limitations make it less ideal for workshops or highly interactive sessions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you’re already using Google Workspace, Google Meet is a no-brainer, it’s super convenient and perfect for straightforward meetings. However, if you need advanced features like breakout rooms or robust collaboration tools, you might want to pair it with additional software for those capabilities.

if you need a product that 1-on-1 calls or small team meetings, Google Meet is an excellent tool to accomplish that
