what it is: a feature that automatically records meetings and saves them to the host’s google drive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
it makes it very simple to share recordings with a team, and it's great for people who miss a session.
What do you dislike most about this product?
this feature is limited to paid tiers of google workspace, and the recording files can quickly consume a user's cloud storage.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?
I prefer Google Meet because its integrated with Gmail and Calendar making it easy for me to start or join meetings. I can use it directly in my browser, the audio and video are clear with helpful captions and noise cancellation and its security gives me peace of mind. I also like that the free plan offers a lot of features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Google Meet is how seamlessly it works with Gmail and Calendar making scheduling and joining meetings quick and hassle free.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The biggest downside I have noticed with Google Meet is that it does not offer some advanced features like breakout rooms, meeting reactions or in-depth analytics that other platforms have.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would suggest using Google Meet if you are already in the Google ecosystem as it makes scheduling and joining meetings really easy. Its great for basic video calls, but if you need advanced features like breakout rooms or detailed analytics, you might want to explore other options too.
