One of the tools similar to Google meet is the Zoom Meetings application since both are dedicated to the management of online meetings, it allows communication through chat and messaging in real time and audio and video calls, we can also share presentations of slides and PDF files as support material in our meetings and have debates and forums on the topic being discussed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the benefits of this application is that it allows us to manage our calendar to organize our meetings at the estimated date and time, it helps us with long-distance communication between different countries and our work team, it allows us to record conferences and share any information between users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At the moment there are no functions that our organization dislikes since it is an easy-to-use tool, we can access it from our mobile phone and it provides us with collaboration tools for the performance of each meeting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We recommend the application because we can use it for free in one of its versions, it can give us a good view of the content that we are going to share, such as videos, images and documents, and we can also comfortably make calls between members of our company, colleagues and Business partners.

People from outside the organization can join without logging in

It consumes a lot of RAM

Google Meet is well known product which has unique and smooth features which makes meet different from other. Features like:- Smooth Screen sharing Secure Document sharing Smooth video and Audio call Instant messages with one to one or in Group

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google Meet is one of smooth and awesome product by Google. Meet has awesome feature which makes things easier. Some feature which i liked most. - During the covid tough time people had to work from Home and Google Meet played very responsible role to resolved problem of communication in Team using instant message or group messaging | Calling audio and Video. - with Help of Screen sharing, things become easier to explain other team member about task or anyone in team facing any issue. - Document sharing inside team in an very secure way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Word Dislike is not suited with Google meet because google meet has very progressive growth in terms of performance and feature with the highly scalable way. so i will say this as improvement. - in Google meeting sometime when user tried to join the call, joining call tooks some times too much time (kind of hang screen) - if network is fluctuating screen sharing becomes issue for user.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If we are saying recommendations i would say few pointer which i personally feel - Sometimes instant messages not working( tooks too much time to refresh or we have to rejoin the call then we will got latest message). so my 1st point is instant message should be reflect immediately.
