At times, when I face any issue in the meeting, their customer service representative is always there to help me out in real-time. Furthermore, its AI-powered features, such as noise suppression and live subtitles, improve the user experience. These features, combined, present Google Meet as an exceptional video conferencing tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of my favorite features of Google Meet is its convenience, particularly since it is straightforwardly coordinated with the Gmail application. Dissimilar to other video conferencing applications like Microsoft Groups or Zoom, we can just utilize Google Meet without the problem of downloading any application. I find the virtual backgrounds or breakout rooms disappointing, particularly since we regularly utilize these functionalities in our meetings. Google Meet doesn't let us share files or documents, nor does it let any other user take control of the screen of the person who is presenting. Additionally, connectivity issues or slowness during video calls cause frustration.
