What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

The tool is easy to use and does not require any subscription to use this tool. Also, Google forms are secure to use where every response and surveys can only be accessed with a password and with admin access

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the integration of this tool with other tools like Live chat tool where we are able to send automatic survey collection link when the chat is closed this is saving me time sending survey link to clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not seen any issue with the tool and I am very happy with every feature of the tool, However, it is hard to create export visual and graphical data from Google forms

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I would recommend this tool reason that it is free to use

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

The tool provides real-time information and data analytics in charts from responses of the reached clients, can easily be exported to Google sheets for review and comes at no extra cost compared to other tools

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the embedding option of the survey forms where you can embed the forms on the website using the generated HTML code and this makes it easy and faster to collect feedback from clients or you can share through the link, on top, the tool comes with a lot of editing and customization options

What do you dislike most about this product?

Questions cannot be arranged in order where often during form making and survey creations, questions appear in order and when you set the form live, you realize some questions are not in order. Also they do not support uploading of larger files through the forms which makes it hard for one to collect vide feedback especially when the video is longer

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I would recommend this tool for anyone looking to collect feedback
