What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

It is fully free to use, and anyone with even zero knowledge can use it. Also, data collected through this easily stores in excel. So, it is easily usable.

My favorite aspect of this product is that, I can use this tool without paying a single penny. And also, this tool is very efficient for data collection.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't dislike any feature of this tool. This tool is very useful for my work. I loved this tool.

I recommend that anyone who wants to collect data and do survey can consider this tool. It does not need technical knowledge.
