The seamless integration with other Google Suite products is a huge differentiator. The handoff between apps is seamless, and everything is very intuitive to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I do like that you can export data to a spreadsheet and also look at a quick summary of responses with simple charts/graphs. It's also great that you can collect media uploads, as well as customize the theme/branding of the form. It's quick and easy to set up with a minimal learning curve for new users, and handing off during collaboration is simple.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are limited use cases where utilizing Google Forms makes sense. We have had to try alternative platforms including Jotform and Formstack to collect responses offline (such as at an event). Also, without basic survey features like branching and display logic, we've had to look elsewhere for software that can satisfy our data collection needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a simple form to collect data and use the findings in a straightforward application, this is a great app to consider. If you need more advanced survey/data analysis features, you will likely need to supplement with other software.

Google Forms' greatest aspect is how it works with other Google Workspace tools like Google Sheets and Drive. It is such a handy way to collect, organize, and analyze data. It allows collaborative real-time work by multiple users in a form, thereby enhancing teamwork and saving time on large projects. Furthermore, the simplicity involved in using the app and its presence across a multitude of devices does make it better.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Google Forms appears to me to have few options for customizing the design and layout of the forms. Yes, it offers some basic themes and color schemes, but not so much flexibility as to create really personalized or branded forms. This can be a great drawback in professional or business applications. Other sophisticated features like conditional logic and data visualization are also fairly rudimentary compared to other form-building tools requiring a level of complexity.

For quick and straightforward surveys, polls, or data collection exercises, Google Forms would be highly useful. Its simple attitude makes it a perfect choice for those who are looking for a seamless way to integrate other Google Workspace tools into tasks, such as Sheets and Drive. What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Google Forms is one of the few survey softwares with a mobile application , via which I can manage and partially customize my Google Forms. This is crucial to me, as I always love to continuously make changes to my surveys , during active survey campaigns without being hindered by my present location.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Form's support for multiple question format is an important reason why I am drawn to it for my professional surveys. Google Forms supports grid and linear survey question formats, which is important for me to be able to create survey forms that are visually appealing and dynamic enough, to catch the attention of my target respondents.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am limited in terms of how much customization I can make to Google Form templates. Google Forms also does lack a question library like most standard survey software and platforms.

For my job, Surveys are crucial to me being successful, as it allows me sample the opinions of potential customers and sales prospects in specific demographies . With Google Form, survey creation is as simple and as basic as surfing the internet.
