What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

I'm a student in a group of 4. we had to create a survey and get 100 responses. google forms makes it so easy to share. you can get a short link, send it directly by email, or even get html code to put it on a website.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We just posted the link in our social media and sent it to all our friends. it was so simple to distribute and start getting responses right away.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there were more built-in tools to help you get respondents. it just gives you a link, but you have to do all the work of finding people to fill it out.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For students or anyone who just needs a simple way to get a survey out into the world, it couldn't be easier.

I work in marketing for a 25-person company. i made a customer feedback survey that changes based on people's answers. for example, if they say they were "unhappy" with the product, the form shows them a new section with more questions about why.

This is called conditional logic, and it's very powerful. it makes the survey feel smarter and more relevant to each person. it means we don't have to ask everyone questions that don't apply to them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Setting up the logic can be a bit confusing. you have to be very careful to make sure you are sending people to the right section, or your form will be a broken mess. it takes some practice.

If you want to create more advanced and personalized surveys, learning how to use question logic is a game-changer.

I love how quick it is to create and share a form. Whether it’s a survey, feedback form, or RSVP, you can build something functional in minutes and instantly start collecting responses.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most is the limited design flexibility. The forms all tend to look the same, and there’s not much room for customisation if you want something more visually engaging or branded.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a quick and easy way to collect information, especially for internal use, Google Forms is perfect. Just don’t expect fancy designs or advanced features. Keep it simple, and it works great.
