The integration with other Google Workspace apps, helps by allowing team members sharing and collaborating in real-time. Ability to analyze responses in real-time with built-in charts and graphs is invaluable for quick data and insights extraction that we use to make data-driven decisions. I like the customizations options that includes theme and questions types, this enables users to tailor Forms to their specific needs. Also I really like the customer support service being so dedicated and proactive.

Having a very dedicated and proactive customer support eliminate every dislike that user may encounter.
