What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Google Forms is easy to organise information automatically and it’s very unique from its similar products as we have way for backup all our data as hard copy in case our system loses data.We can share files with one of our clients so we can always easily access and edit the files.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love Google sheet for reporting , planning and organising information. It’s fast , simple , and easy to use and collaborate on. I use Google sheets for other projects such as creating list for specific supporters , and where supporters are in their engagement with our organisation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like to see improvement to be able to have a row show the latest status from another row on a different sheet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend Google Form to business to consider it as return on investment is high , be it quick presentations with analyse raw data , collaboratively.It has helped us work more efficiently by making it easier to work from one sheet and not lose track of versions by passing around attached documents.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

All forms and responses are stored directly in Google Drive, making file management and access easy from any connected device, which makes all the difference.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like instant notifications, which alert me when I receive a new response. This is beneficial to me because I can make decisions more quickly to stay on top of things without constantly checking.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that it doesn't have advanced design customization options, such as the ability to completely change the look and feel of the form with custom themes and more varied fonts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it because it is completely free, and anyone with a Google account can use it without additional subscriptions. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, allowing you to create forms quickly without technical experience.

They could add templates for different use cases. Currently the template library seems non existent.

Google Forms is a drag and drop software. No need to know programming. Available right on your Google account for free.
