What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Google Forms simplifies the survey creation process for individuals and especially for teams. When building survey forms as a team using this software, I find it easy tracking changes made by any member of my team or sharing my opinion about the process in real time by leaving comments . The aforementioned makes remote brainstorming a straightforward process when it comes to survey creation. In my experience, no other survey creation software creates this level of collaboration for users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google Forms supports multiple question formats. I have used Google Forms to introduce different type of question formats into my surveys such as drop down menus, grid questions. checkbox questions, multi-choice question types and the list goes on. The above contributes hugely to me being able to create more engaging survey Forms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is just a handful of templates and themes to select from. This makes most Google Forms looking the same aesthetically. On the second part of things, Google Forms struggles to integrate with non-Google software programs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Forms is to me an easy way to create surveys why giving up on uniqueness and complexities. For professionals needing to create complex surveys such as those meant for collecting sales leads for example, Google Forms may just be an hard sell.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

I think the fact that a lot of the audience I target with my surveys are already familiar with using Google Forms, is what differentiates this software from similar survey software. Public familiarity with Google Forms has resulted in faster survey completion rates and a high survey engagement for surveys I have created , utilizing Google Forms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Conditional logic are a key part of most surveys , as they make surveys more accurate and fluid. In the case of Google Forms, introducing basic conditional logic to my surveys is straight-forward , involving me selecting checkboxes without needing to write a single line of code.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sharing limitations are always a concern for me, because asides from web-links to my forms, Google forms has no provision for sharing forms using QR code or even offline.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is easy to setup surveys with Google Forms , free in most cases and because it is web-based, it can be accessed by respondents across different platforms.

for simple surveys without many features, google forms is fast and easy.

automatic response chart construction helps visualize input rapidly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

you can not embed complicated conditional logic like other survey programs.

easy surveys or feedback for rapid data
