What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Very easy to implement without advanced training needed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The reporting is excellent -- I love that it ties into Google Sheets for exporting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't super sophisticated logic baked in, so sometimes you need to add in extra questions to get what you need.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for a simple form/survey tool, this would be more than sufficient. If you're looking for something more advanced from a survey perspective, I would look elsewhere.
