What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Not much, only that it is extremely easy to then gather results in Google Sheets in a clear and well presented way. I would personally only recommend Google Forms if your business is already using G Suite, as integration is then a lot easier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it is very simple and easy to set up, use and change. Sometimes the most simple products are the best!

What do you dislike most about this product?

That there is a lack of aesthetic to the form. I feel like there should be more options to edit the form itself, to make it more like the company aesthetic, instead of the general google form template.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this product if your company already uses G Suite, it is really simple and easy to use and I have yet to encounter any software issues with this. It is very easy to integrate as the results from the form go directly to Google Sheets, and again if you already use G Suite then this is perfect. There are other form softwares out there that are better in my opinion, but this does the job absolutely fine!

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Google forms works pretty well but falls short in so many ways. The product is pretty bland and is locked many times on the layout look. When using the google forms product, it looks cheap. The customization is very limited and flexibility is not one of its top features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its very quick to produce a product. The implementation time is very quick, so from concept to implementation is very convenient. However, the final product isn't polished.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Looks cheap and very boxy. Not enough features to compete with other vendors. While it is quick to implement it looks very student'ish and you can tell its a canned system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are needing something quick for data collection or a survey, this is perfect. Don't expect it too look amazing or polished. It does what its supposed to do without the bells and whistles.
