The main differentiator is its simple ease of use and fill up structure it has.

My favourite aspect is that it has built in integration with google workspace and also comes with customer support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

what i dislike is it should include many more templates from customising the forms.

I would recommend this for organisations already using google workspace.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

There is always a free tier for people who want to try it and it's already included for business owners who already have Google Workspace.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can just send anyone to the form and they will immediately recognize the Google brand. It increases trust.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of features. Not suitable as a long-term solution if you need to collect various forms of data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it, there is a free tier that's always available. It's very easy to use.
