The standout aspect of Google Forms is its immediate gauge on event interest and swift feedback collection. The customization options empower us to tailor forms for unique topics, ensuring relevance and engagement. The user-friendly interface and privacy features contribute to its widespread use across departments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Google Forms could benefit from additional font options for enhanced accessibility. Improved graphical insights within Google, and a feature indicating the time respondents took to fill out forms, would enhance the user experience further.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For streamlined data collection, Google Forms is an excellent choice. It excels in quick surveys and event RSVPs but may not suit longer or in-depth surveys. Consider it if your organization already uses Google products; however, explore alternatives if you require highly customized forms for specific marketing needs.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

The user friendly interface is the key feature of Google forms, The best part is the large variety of questions which require different answers, one can add long, short and multi choice answers type. Also it require less effort to create and share it with audience and collect responses to analyse.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The responses can be analyzed with the help of charts and graphs. which can further downloaded for offline analysis and printing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As of now everything in Google forms is great and meeting the requirements. More designs can be added to Google forms to make it better.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

That it works on the google workspace, it can sync with google sheets. It has saved me a lot of time with this automation. I can collect leads, export them automatically to a google sheet which my sales team can handle and use to track conversion.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Intuitive - very easy to use and many users are also familiar with google forms so they're familiar with the layout and UI whenever you send them a survey.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Certain features would be a good add-on, require external apps/integrations. I feel like Google should just natively add these features and improve the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're using google workspace, there's no reason why you should try something else. The UI may be fancier on other tools but this does the job and more importantly, the data stays within the same ecosystem. You need not worry about data leaks.
