What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Google Drives collaborative functions is its strongest point as a cloud based, file storage software. Asides from the standard file storage and sharing capabilities, Google Drive has provisions for real-time group editing of documents , and unique file sharing viewing options that enables me to determine how people I share documents with can relate with my documents. For example, I can allow a user to only be able to read my documents without being able to make any changes to them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google Drives user interface is concise and self-explanatory for users across web, desktop and on mobile devices.. This promotes faster adoption by new users, while also limiting the extent to which financial resources is expended to train employees within my company to learn to use the software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Google Drive has no provision to send and receive electronic signatures. It also lacks task management provisions which is needed for automating minor repetitive tasks around file storage, in the workplace.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Having access to Google Drives strong collaboration capabilities , has made it easier for me to perform my daily assigned work tasks, while working remotely.
