What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google Cloud’s analytics and AI tools like BigQuery Studio and built-in machine learning are fast and efficient, they help my team prepare large datasets, optimize SQL queries, and build predictive models for more advanced analytical systems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some AI services and tools, like AI Studio, are available outside of Google Cloud. It would be more practical to have them accessible through a single platform.

Google Cloud also champions sustainability, pledging to run on 24/7 carbon-free energy by 2030—an attractive value for environmentally conscious organisations.

Users also report a steeper learning curve, particularly for those not already familiar with Google’s ecosystem. Additionally, while powerful, support options can feel limited or slow, especially for smaller businesses without premium support plans. Some customers also note that certain services lack the maturity or breadth of features found in AWS or Azure, particularly in enterprise-level management tools.
