My favorite aspect of GoAnywhere MFT is its automation capability. It simplifies complex file transfer workflows, reduces manual effort, improves reliability, and provides strong security and monitoring in a single platform.

What differentiates GoAnywhere MFT from other similar products?

We made GoAnywhere MFT to replace a mix of custom tools and manual processes that were getting hard to keep up with. Instead of using different tools and scheduled tasks, having a central place to handle file transfer workflows was one of the best changes. Strong automation tools are available, and once processes are set up, they usually run without needing much attention.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I also like that the site makes me more visible. It's usually easy to figure out where the problem was when a move fails or a file is late. You didn't have to make separate solutions for each use case because the security features and support for different transfer methods made it easier to connect with both internal systems and external partners.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Compared to newer business platforms, the interface looks and feels a bit old. It usually takes a while for new team members to get used to how work is organized and how to handle their own tasks. In some fixing situations, you may also need to look at more than one log to find the exact cause of a problem.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

GoAnywhere mft has helped make a process more consistent that was spread out across several tools before. It has cut down on the work that needs to be done by hand, made things clearer, and made managing file transfers between systems more organized. There are ways to make it easier to use and handle, but overall it has been a reliable platform for daily guided file transfers.
