What differentiates Gladly from other similar products?

What really makes Gladly different from other buyer service software is its focus on the end-to-end buyer experience. It's not just about answering questions and solving problems, but about providing a personalized and friendly experience for our own consumers. Agents have access to a complete history of previous relationships, which allows them to provide a more personalized and efficient service. This has had a positive effect on the satisfaction of our own consumers and on our brand image.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Amid Gladly's favorable properties, its ability to unite different communication channels on a single platform definitely stands out. Previously, we had problems efficiently managing inquiries that came through email, social media and telephone. Now, everything is in one place, which allows us to respond more immediately and positively to each of the consumer's queries.

What do you dislike most about this product?

However, there is one small feature that we would like to see improved in Gladly. We occasionally experience delays in real-time updating of the platform, which can make it a little difficult to keep track of our own agents' workload. However, this problem is minor compared to the various benefits we get from Gladly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Regarding how Gladly has helped us solve problems in our organization, the list is endless. Before using this program, we had problems keeping track of queries and solving problems properly. With Gladly, we have significantly improved our own response times and our ability to provide exceptional service to our own consumers. In addition, the reporting and study capabilities have provided us with important data about our team's performance, allowing us to detect areas of optimization and make necessary adjustments.

What differentiates Gladly from other similar products?

It definitely has more advantages than any other customer service platform I've used. It solves the labor shortage. You can use different tools like Sidekick and ADA. You can add boosts, add rules, etc. to better serve your members. If you have more contacts via SMS compared to chat, you can enhance SMS to help your sales reps You can have more conversations in his SMS than in conversations. You can also add a cancellation ticket to your billing date. This allows staff servicing the mail queue to prioritize "cancel" mail requests. In addition, there are many reports that help you understand your business better.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As someone who uses Gladly on a daily basis, I find 'Answers' to be one of the useful components. Sales reps don't have to type long letters to reply to members. You can also edit the game to make it more personal. Games can be added based on current trends. For example, if you have a high volume of inquiries about a particular topic, you can create a game for your team to ensure customer service gets consistent responses. It helps your business and saves a lot of time. Best of all, you can add and remove specific inboxes for specific users, and it's easy to manage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's not something I dislike, but it's probably something Gladly can improve on. When I need to follow up or hold/hold a conversation, I usually create a task, but with all the active bubbles on the left I. It occupies the entire left side of the pleasing side and is a disturbing sight for those with some sort of obsessive-compulsive problem. Calls on hold and calls on hold If only I could find a way to distinguish between or create tabs that would be very useful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Friendly user tool! Very easy to navigate and all functions are very easy to understand. I can communicate very well with others. I definitely recommend this platform!

What differentiates Gladly from other similar products?

Gladly can be used to communicate with members. All their concerns are addressed with the help of Gladly's amazing features. Easy to navigate and understand.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are keyboard shortcuts that non-foreign language workers can use to work efficiently. Find more accessible solutions in the Answers tab. I love being able to see the data and macros on the right side of the screen when I don't know how to make a game! All the details I need are on the right side of the screen which is very helpful!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Please make some changes to the Answers feature. I hope that our team can update the game that we can use to improve communication with our members. We would also like to see if Grammarly can sync with the Gladly app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Rule! This is what you can use each season to manage your inbox when you encounter the following exceptional cases on your account. B. Very high volume on some channels.
