What differentiates Fusion Framework System from other similar products?

Since Fusion is based on the Salesforce platform, it is familiar and fairly easy to use.

Since Fusion is based on the Salesforce platform, it is familiar and fairly easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost per license is rather high, especially for ones who only need to fill out one form and the like.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You will get out of it what you put in, so be sure to focus early on the setup and true usage.

What differentiates Fusion Framework System from other similar products?

The quality and thoughtfulness put into the product. It's easy to use and configure by business which made it very appealing. The Fusion project team were the best (shout out to Bob, Blake, Erwin, Spencer, Dan)

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Takes the work out of 'planning' and allows the business to focus on what they need to do

What do you dislike most about this product?

Our reporting can be complex and the standard reports do not always meet our needs (Advanced reporting is available for additional cost).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do your research. Understand where you are getting your data from (HR, sites, etc.) and know the quality of that data.
