What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

Freshsales combines sales CRM, built-in phone and email, live chat, and automation all in one platform—so many teams don’t need separate tools for calling, emailing, sequencing, and tracking engagement. This contrasts with tools that require several add-ons or external systems just to cover basic outbound and inbound communication.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Freshsales is its all-in-one engagement and intelligence design, especially the way it combines CRM data with built-in communication and AI assistance. Integrated communication tools—email, phone, and chat—are available inside the CRM, so sales teams don’t need to switch between multiple apps. AI-powered prioritization – The platform helps identify high-potential leads and suggests where sales effort should be focused.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My honest take on what many users (and I, objectively speaking) find least satisfying about Freshsales — especially when compared with other CRM platforms. Freshsales offers basic dashboards and reports, but custom report building is not as flexible as tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
