What differentiates Foxit eSign from other similar products?

I picked foxit because i wanted a solution that was reliable and would not have a high learning curve for my staff. User experience, both for the sender and receiver is much simpler than on other platforms so it is more effective. its the best i think because the uptime is amazing, and have never had a document stuck or undelivered to a client. very stable and well engineered product that can be trusted for something with weight.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The thing i like most is the mobile app because you can manage my contracts when i am traveling or between meetings. With a few taps on my phone screen, i can check the status of a deal and resend a reminder. automatically goes right where they need to go, so the integration with other storage services is a huge plus for us. the interface is very clean and modern and it feels like a premium product despite costing less than the big boys.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When a new team member joins, the first account setup can take a while due to all the security permissions you have to switch. it is slightly involved but probably good for security.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Recommand this to any manager who wants to optimize their team. it is a robust and trustworthy instrument, which renders the entire contracting process significantly more transparent. it is worth every penny for the time and stress it saves you everyday.

What differentiates Foxit eSign from other similar products?

Our entire staff works remotely and we use foxit for all our internal approvals. It’s much better than just emailing back and forth. The difference is accountability; we clearly know who approved what and when.” This is a lot cleaner than using some generic tool or just “agreeing” in slack. It has definitely improved our internal transparency.”

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This thing that we can dictate the signing order is extremely important for us. After the employee signs the document, it eventually goes to the manager automatically. I also like the status bar, it clearly shows progress for each document. The software has been very solid and we have had no problems with other people not being able to get into their docs. It’s a really low-friction way to get company business done. And the doodles themselves are quite neat, even official. And it’s certainly better than any of the other internal systems we’ve tested.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Our wish there were an easier way, on the mobile app, to scroll through past completed documents. It’s good for news but searching back over six months is easier at a computer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

That is essential for every remote organisation. It helps ensure that everyone is on the same page and simplifies approvals. I suggest everyone in hr and management read it.

What differentiates Foxit eSign from other similar products?

the security and audit logs are what separate this from the cheapy web tools. for legal work you need a higher level of verification and foxit provides that plus it doesn't make the process difficult. it has a much stronger aesthetic and legal footing than simple signature apps. it does a better job than most of the alternatives i’ve tested previously for complex multi-party signings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

i love that every completed document has an audit trail... it records the ip addresses and timestamps this makes me feel better. the ability to password protect documents is yet another big pro when it comes sensitive client info. the software is extremely snappy and documents render crisply at all times. I also like the in-person signing feature where I can have a client sign on my tablet right there in the office. it adds a very high-end feel to the experience for our clients.” it was also nice and easy to integrate with the existing document management system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

other times, the desktop version of the software is a bit heavy on my computer’s resources. It loads up a few seconds slower than I would like.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

for anyone who works with sensitive or legal documents, this is the top. it’s protected, compliant and unbelievably stable. I recommend it to anybody in the legal or financial sectors.
