What differentiates Foxit eSign from other similar products?

security is a major issue for my legal service and i am very comfortable using this for every single one of my contracts. the enterprise grade encryption and really detail compliance reports, much better then other e-sign tools. I feel it has to be the best because it fulfills all the stringent legal requirements for digital signatures in my state whilst not being overly complicated. it offers a strong sense of trust which is vital in my work network.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I am a big fan of identity verification as it allows another layer of security for our most important deals. i also like that it stores everything in a secure cloud, so i can pull up any old contract in seconds using the search bar. the stability of the software and i haven't lost one doc or email not delivered to my partners. and has the feel of a high-end device meant to get serious business done day in and day out.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the setup of custom brand settings was slightly more complicated than i assume it would be. it required some time to resize the logo on the email invites.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I cannot recommend this highly enough for anyone who needs to work with sensitive information. Contract management: it is a reliable and trustworthy tool that will protect your business while keeping your contracts orderly. it’s worth the cost of knowing everything is legally solid so you can sleep at night.

I had tried a couple other e-signature platforms before this one and stuck around because of the ease. it doesn’t bury the fundamental stuff behind menus that crawl at a glacial pace or cost extra. it is the best because it helps get the document signed as quickly as possible without add fluff. its a very honest piece of software and does what it says on the tin this is quite rare.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that i can edit the emails that are sent out to my signers so they feel more personal and feel less like a spam bot. the ability to drag and drop signature fields is incredibly intuitive and i never feel like im wrestling with the software trying to get things where i need them. I also love the level of encryption and that all completed documents are stored in the cloud for easy access later. it has kind of got me away from physical filing cabinets and helped make it go paperless which is less clutter in my office.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The document preview will sometimes take a few seconds to load, however, if the file is very large or has lots of images in it. not a big deal but it is annoying when you are in rush to send out something.

This is one of the best easy tools and you should get it if you do not want to find a became to use without technical degree. it is very powerful and super efficient on handling digital signatures. it is an effective solution to help you create a smooth workflow and resume your work.
