Helpful features include : Reusable templates to save time, ability to send one or more documents together for esignature(s), audit trail and certificate of completion, attachments such as photos, drivers license, in-person signing, bulk sending for esignatures (i.e. permission slips), online form/embedding code easily for non-techies to integrate esignatures into your website, using eSign Genie REST APIs to integrate with your website or application, integration with Google Drive and Dropbox.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very easy for signers to complete and cost of licensing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Would like some features that I had in DocuSign, such as: 1. The ability to delete pages from a document 2. The ability to re-arrange the signing order rather than having to delete and re-add signers 3. The templates process needs some work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend the product due to its ease of use for both senders and signers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact that I cant delete documents even though im paying for this and its under my organisation. As a super user I should have access to everything.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Date/time stamp of signature, in exact format required by Canada Revenue Agency, shown on the completed signature without having to view another document, or dig through hidden PDF properties.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Having to drag and drop fields, rather than click and place. Difficulty understanding all the options (field options, sending options, etc) - some terminology is unclear or confusing

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great if you have complex field needs, but be prepared to spend time learning how to use all features.
