Helpful features include : Reusable templates to save time, ability to send one or more documents together for esignature(s), audit trail and certificate of completion, attachments such as photos, drivers license, in-person signing, bulk sending for esignatures (i.e. permission slips), online form/embedding code easily for non-techies to integrate esignatures into your website, using eSign Genie REST APIs to integrate with your website or application, integration with Google Drive and Dropbox.

What differentiates Foxit eSign from other similar products?

Ease of use and cost differential.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to change signatures and to place signature boxes on my document without recreating it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish I could upload one document and send repeatedly. However, I am new at eSign Genie and have not fully educated myself on the ability to do this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do a cost analysis with other software and include abilities of each software. I found eSign Genie to have the greatest amount of features for the best value.

eSign Genie is simple to use. There is no time spent learning the program. Log on, follow the prompts and you are ready to go!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be a little hard to navigate when you have to change a document that was sent. Finding the button that allows you to replace a document was a little time consuming.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cost effective and ease of use makes this the choice among busy professionals.
