Its cloud access security features are superb and unparalleled; its Private access capabilities eliminate the necessity of VPNs for remote users to access cloud apps while also delivering better connections with higher performance and no dangers. I really appreciate its strong correction and remediation as well as automated policy enforcement capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Organizations should face some setup, alignment, and deployment issues if they do not have a tech-savvy workforce. Although support specialists are highly skilled and are fully aware of their product and are capable of resolving your concerns, their slow response may irritate you and lead you to waste time.

It is a one-stop shop for end-to-end security. Deep cognitive analytics, database versatility, risk-based and automated policy enforcement, cloud apps, cohesive policy enforcement, and classified environment suitability are all combined into a single solution. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

They have provided us with a reliable and complete cloud-based secure web gateway solution that has many powerful features such as data loss prevention, cloud access safety, better and advanced threat detective and preventive capability, as well as email security as an added feature. Its best aspect is its AMD function that uses cloud sandboxing to separate bad code to secure our network from malware.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In terms of usefulness and simplicity, the freshly released edition of this product falls short of our expectations. One of the most serious issues of this product was that it had become sluggish, but it now just works well and does not produce the flaws that it did previously. Diagnosing issues was a huge burden for us.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The majority of customers are content with its offers, but some customers with more sophisticated demands desire a more secure system and believe it isn't a suitable fit for them. However, you can modify it to your specific needs and it may be a good fit for your company. You just give it a try.
