What differentiates Forcepoint Secure Web Gateway from other similar products?

Support is good, technology is solid.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It works well. Smooth UI that make sense once you get a understanding of the basics and lingo.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's interaction with Cloudflare and developing work arounds is an ongoing issue for over 12 months. The inability to use a local agent on VDI machines is annoying. I believe their system only supports a 1 to 1 matching of user to machine. Doesn't report well for multiple users on the same machine.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it out, speak with current users.
