It's a great tool if you want to leverage your productivity by getting integrations done quicky and reliably.

Amazing customer service but lot of tech issues

What differentiates Fivetran from other similar products?

The customer service is next level.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customer service and ease of implementation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Sage Intacct connector is so unreliable and results in duplicate data pulls. Fivetran is now requiring customers to purchase additional Sage Intacct licenses and spend thousands with another vendor for their connector.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are hoping to integrate with Sage Intacct, I urge you to ask more questions about reliability and data integrity (and probably choose another vendor)

Their richness of integration connectors, ease-of-use and world-class integration to SAP (significantly better and cost-effective than SAP).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SAP integration

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some file connection options are cost prohibitive

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start with the Fivetran.com connectors and if you need to integrate to SAP then do a POC to see if it can fit your needs and can prove the value which it will, but it will give you the evidence you need for acquisition
