What differentiates Firstup from other similar products?
Through translations and the mobile app, we can now engage with and reach a global audience more successfully than we were able to in the past. We adore being able to highlight achievements and admirable acts of safety by others. Additionally, reading it in the employees' native tongue saves a tonne of time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Firstup was the best option for communication tools to reach our front-line and remote employees. I value the tool's ease of use and the capability to provide pertinent information directly to our personnel.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We're still having trouble getting staff to join up. Our frequent turnover is a significant difficulty. There isn't really anything about the platform that I dislike or find difficult.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We first need to find a way to communicate essential company news, updates, and inclusion initiatives to our organization's front-line employees. We can also communicate with our new remote workforce.

What differentiates Firstup from other similar products?
The first step is assisting us in finding a solution to our two-way communication demands between the leadership and corporate employee sector and our retail and operational staff in the field.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Firstup offers a platform that encourages employees to interact in a way that suits them. My business has seen a lot of success. My business was able to find a solution thanks to Firstup, who also made it simple for staff members to share work-related information on their personal sites.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the New Studio's features, such as the number of clicks required to create a single post, need more time to use. Additionally, in order to create a more complete view of employee usage patterns, we'd like to combine data from both new and classic studios.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In my experience, if I shared a need with the team, they took it seriously. My requested functionality would frequently show up in a later edition. In my conversations with other providers, I discovered that they tended to define their direction rather than be receptive to client requests.

What differentiates Firstup from other similar products?
Firstup is assisting businesses of all sizes in modernizing their internal communications. This technology is assisting us in our efforts to improve employee communications by addressing the pandemic's heightened need for more streamlined, personalized, and interesting messages.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
At the international, governmental, and local levels, the platform has assisted us in fundamentally altering how we handle internal communications and employee engagement. Now that Firstup and SocialChorus have joined, technology is undergoing tremendous advancements, and I'm eager to see what else the New Studio design will bring.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We handled most of the heavy lifting to get things set up, so our platform setup and rollout were a little challenging. We were aware that our organization would require a slightly distinct approach to the platform, yet we nevertheless felt as though we were being subjected to a standard onboarding process. In order to make the platform work for us, we had to take the time to do some thorough planning and innovative thinking. I wish the accounting staff had been more proactive and involved in offering us a more specialized solution.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I adore how easy it is to make a thorough newsletter for various staff groups. Additionally, the range of data readily available allows us to follow the EE experience from all angles.
