What differentiates Field Effect MDR from other similar products?
I would have to say the support team. Any request for assistance is met almost immediately with a response email and a knowledgeable staff
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The AROs are clean and concise, very easy to append into the existing workflow
What do you dislike most about this product?
In its current stages, a lot of features are inaccessible in the portal and require email requests for certain tasks
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Between the email integration that is as simple as a button click, and the AROs with easily accessible supplemental data, it's a very robust and easy to use product

What differentiates Field Effect MDR from other similar products?
Field Effect MDR sets itself apart from competitors by detecting threats early, keeping you (or your IT team) updated without being overwhelming or spammy, and offering large scale service at a smaller scale price point.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect of this product is the ARO structure. It helps our IT team review and prioritize activity or possible threats efficiently and effectively.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It seems like sometimes the price point doesn't match that of what a much smaller business might want to pay for security.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend that they speak with the sales team so they can fully understand all of the capabilities and find out how it can best align with their organization's goals. Field Effect MDR offers valuable security benefits that can be applied across organizations of all sizes.

What differentiates Field Effect MDR from other similar products?
Field Effect MDR stands out because it feels more like a unified security operations service than a narrowly focused endpoint-monitoring tool. I would say that its main distinction is the combination of endpoint, network, and cloud visibility with around-the-clock analyst-led investigation and response, which can reduce the need to stitch together several separate security products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I appreciate most about Field Effect MDR is its ease of implementation, which makes our onboarding process smoother and more efficient. Our customers have been impressed by how seamlessly the solution works and by the strong detection capabilities it has demonstrated from day one.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly, I can't find critical aspects that I dislike for Field Effect MDR. I would say that ARCH Linux support wasn't ready, but I know they are working on it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Prepare to improve your onboarding process and to provide better services to your customer after adopting and deploying Field Effect products.
