What differentiates Field Effect MDR from other similar products?

It's backed by a Canadian team and both support and sales find solution when there is an issue.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's an hollistic, 360 degree solution that is perfect for SMB needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like the data from M365 to flow faster into the platform to make sure compromises are detected faster.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The support is very helpful and can solve a lot of customization issues where there doesn't seems to be any "settings" that applies. Don't hesitate to open a ticket and see what is possible to save yourself time in the future.
