What differentiates Expensify from other similar products?

The Expensify app offers a business credit card called the Expensify Card. This app allows us to track expenses, submit expense reports, pay bills, generate invoices, collect payments, track mileage, and plan trips with the company’s SmartScan technology.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We get payment notifications and updates once an invoice has been paid, with payment status automatically updated in our accounting software

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Scanner fails sometimes and this interferes with scanning and digitizing receipts to create an electronic trail to easily access records when I need them

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The Expensify interface is clean and easy to navigate. All of your records are separated easily into distinct categories. You can even mark off entire vendors as work-related or personal instead of going through each transaction manually

What differentiates Expensify from other similar products?

Expensify simplifies the management of expenses and allows quick addition of cash expenses. It automatically imports all card transactions and captures various billable expenses such as mileage and time

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With the facility of unlimited receipt upload and storage, we got rid of the paper receipts and manual operations. Other features related to receipt management include the smart scanning and receipt forwarding

What do you dislike most about this product?

The corporate card integrations on Expensify have limited support regarding receipt imports. Also the approval workflows could use more flexibility

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Expensify is highly scalable for small, midsize, and enterprises organizations. Expensify makes it fairly ease to use and can be accessed on your mobile phone

What differentiates Expensify from other similar products?

One of the most useful benefits of using Expensify is the ability to create approval workflows within tye app. It allows customization of expense policy to flag purchases that need a manager's review

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to set a spending limit every time an employee sets out on a business trip. The system also notifies employees after they upload their receipts to let them know how close to the budget they are

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Expensify app's GPS doesn't always track my mileage correctly from beginning to the end of the trip and this makes it difficult to calculate the mileage expense

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The goal of Expensify is to help you work more efficiently, reduce errors in your accounting and prevent fraud within your business
