Its a powerful yet simple and easy to operate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy way to do data import and batch update. It's discovery is a key driver which captures information with great details.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The data still needs to be normalized from agent less discovery. Few essential key point like status change date, assignment to user in Lifecycle should be a default feature.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Deploy this tool if you need a simple yet powerful tool.
