What differentiates Eracent IT Management Center from other similar products?

Integration with SCCM and purchasing system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I do not have a favorite.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a struggle to get the data I want from the reports. Server information is much better than software inventory from the desktops/laptops.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't ask for customizations and start with fresh data.
