What differentiates Eptura Engage from other similar products?

Condeco badge access created efficiencies for impromptu meetings. Can see meeting room status by looking at the control panel / display to quickly find an open room.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use and streamlines meeting room booking. Floor layouts and Outlook calendar compatability were key to reduce administrative time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The badge access had issues which required users to enter their password to book the meeting rooms when not working resulting in lost efficiency and frustration.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure that badge capabilities are working to optimize the benefits of the system.
