What do you dislike most about this product?

UI is extremely user-friendly. It provides a wonderful workflow for making and ordering components. Tracking parts and orders is additionally very easy to do. It provides a straightforward way to merge parts made in CAD into the system with no manual entry required.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciated the method flowcharts that walk a user through a sequence of tasks. It’s not impossible to try and do these tasks without a process flowchart; however, it was still beneficial. I additionally liked the concept of getting dashboards to show KPIs. I was impressed with the power to drill down from a KPI to the initial transactions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Dashboard function was very limited. The initial setup is extremely tough (nearly not possible without the assistance of IT) and not very user-friendly. I conjointly found it annoying that I had to back out of the Main Menu to look at a coaching lesson. It might create far more sense to suggest videos in the task stream that are relevant to the particular task.
