What differentiates Epicor CRM from other similar products?
Honestly, what makes Epicor CRM apart for me is how deeply it connects with the overall business operations. Unlike most CRMs that just focus on sales tracking and customer data ( Even though I mostly use it for sales but sometimes got to use it for different purpose such as service ), Epicor actually ties in your ERP side so sales, inventory, service, and even production teams stay aligned in real time. That integration makes a big difference when you’re handling multiple departments or large scale clients. Also, this software is highly customisable, and easy to use you don’t have to go to support team for help mostly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this product, that I like most about Epicor CRM is how easily it helps me track my leads and follow up without missing anything. The way I can look into customer history, open quotes, and ongoing opportunities really helps me close deals faster. The automation for reminders and task management saves a lot of manual effort especially when you’re juggling multiple clients at once. It just makes the sales process more organised and less stressful for me.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it feels a bit heavy and slow, especially when you’re trying to pull reports or switch between different modules. The UI could be more modern and smoother. Also the mobile version could be a little easier to use as it is a little complex than the desktop one, overall it’s nice since, it helps a lot to me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say, go for this if your business needs a system that connects sales with other departments however make sure that you give a little time to this as initially it may look a little difficult to understand for some but they will grab it easily with time. Once your team get used to this, it becomes a powerful tool for managing customer relationships end to end. Also, if you’re in sales, spend time customising your dashboard it makes daily work a lot smoother.

Powerful CRM tool but steep learning curve

What differentiates Epicor CRM from other similar products?
It has deep integration with Epicor ERP which lets our clients have a unified view of sales, service and operations
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect for Epicor CRM would probably be it’s mobile access as our clients can easily manage leads, sales orders, inventory checks and whatnot from anywhere via it’s mobile app
What do you dislike most about this product?
It might feel slow at times and also a little bit complex with limited features compared to other CRMs
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would suggest to clearly map your business processes to make sure that Epicor CRM covers the full lifecycle you need and also check how well it integrates with your existing systems
