What differentiates Envoy from other similar products?

We have been exploiting Envoy visitors for years. As a Defense Contractor, we have embedded our NDA in the visitor sign-in process that makes the sign-in process abundant smoother. On the few times I have had to achieve out to online client service, the response time has been fast. It’s conjointly priced right for small businesses.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I favor how straightforward to use it is the best. It’s very economical for daily use, and as a result, the system is used daily at our place of work. Individuals can sign themselves in and out without any need for external assistance. Our visitors are very impressed with how slick the system runs and how it saves time as they can pre-register at the site and provide the required documents. The price saving to the business over a traditional receptionist is additionally huge.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Generally, troubleshooting is a pain, kinda have to research on the help pages to work out how to fix the problem, however, they do have individuals you’ll speak to. Envoy system is restricted to WiFi and therefore won’t work without a signal.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I favor that you can schedule customers to come in and they can use it themselves to log in and sign all necessary paperwork. The badge printer is pretty impressive as well.

What differentiates Envoy from other similar products?

Envoy is very easy to navigate and no one should have any issues figuring out how to utilize the great website.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product is unique. It's great that it was thought out that there needs to be a product to help employees who work Flex Mode post pandemic.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The employee directory page is very laggy. May be due to the large amount of employees

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a shot if you would like to utilize an external product. Works great for our company
