Humi is simple, the interface, UX and UI are easy to use and navigate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customer service and options are always simple.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometime the customer service rep is not helpful and we have had some less than ideal interactions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely worth the purchase and work to integrate, don't be afraid to reach out to their customer service.
