What differentiates Employment Hero from other similar products?

Very good price/performance ratio Easy to implement Ease of use Constant Product Enhancements Vendor Support during Implementation & Operation

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has all the HR functionality that a mid-size company would need at a reasonable price. Almost no training required for user on-boarding Modern, simple user interface

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes limiting functionality when dealing with complex processes The vacation/time-off module needs to be more straight forward

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider if you want/need simple and quick deployment. If you have custom/complex processes, the flexibility of Humi may not be sufficient.
