Their community management workflow
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The community management / moderation piece of the tool makes customer service and replying to fans so easy!
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish they were first to market with more platforms like TikTok etc. to roll out new features based on API updates.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great product, will do what you need to manage your social media pages.
