What differentiates Ellucian Colleague from other similar products?

It offers integration with its CRM, customized features can be added too which help the integration process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Report generation, downloadable data and CRM integration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reports are mostly basic, support is not responsive either. The system by default is difficult to operate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend exploring other solutions which can provide a rich variety of data, offers easy integration into the system as well as more easy to operate interface.
